AMUG 2024 Chicago - a little bit about AMUG, AMUG is the Additive Manufacturing Users Group and is a Pseudo Trade show that is primarily a lot of quality presentations to learn, much of it about adopting and maturing AM. I have all the presentations but spent time as always at the AON3D booth.

Some interesting things:

Screenprinting Metals and ceramics, amazing detailed parts, no overhangs. For what you can do, amazing.

SLS Metals, Similar to BASF 316L - Print debind sinter

Formlabs booth, apparently they pulled out last minute or something nothing was there

FDM - Stratasys, AON3D, Stratasys reseller, BigRep, Filament Innovations(Dyze+Mitsubishi+Filament Innovations Booth) + Massivit(if it counts) - Thats it

AMUG Derby - Amazing, the most difficult Pine Wood Derby in the world considering its all engineers, some are PBF Titanium - I got 3rd in all 6 runs, i'll give myself credit
